The definition of done, from a galaxy far far away

At the moment I'm reading a very pragmatic book about agile software development, "Agile Thinking". During reading I found a very good phrase for done!. It's one of if not the most important for a team in an agile development project, to say Done! Which means ready for ship, But as the phrase in the book says, or Yoda from Starwars
"Done or not done, there is no almost".
