During my expirence with SCRUM, I want to share one of the great tools I've been using for retrospectives, The Retrospective Starfish. A simple drawing that makes is simplify tracking of actions for retrospectives. The combination of post-it and the retrospective starfish on a whiteboard, makes it a great and effective tool for retrospectives.
